Do you do wholesale availability?

How long does a custom illustration take?
All timelines provided in the custom art listings are estimates. Timing greatly depends on the complexity of the piece, the number of people and pets included, and my general workload. Timing can range from 2 – 6 weeks. Please contact me directly to get an accurate timeline for your custom piece. Additionally, if you need your illustration by a specific date, please let me know and I can work with you on a solution!
How many rounds of proofing do I get for custom orders?
All custom orders receive two rounds of feedback. The first round of feedback will be after I send the initial sketch. Any significant changes should be addressed in the first round during the sketch phase. The second round of feedback will be at the very end when coloring and shading is completed. Ideally, the second round of feedback is for perfecting small details and colors.
However, I am always willing to to put in the work necessary to ensure you love your piece! Additional rounds of feedback may just result in additional cost or extended timelines.
Are your stickers waterproof?
All of the stickers included in my "sticker packs" are not waterproof. They have a glossy matte finish and are perfect for decorating any dry surface! For example: computers, laptops, tablets, gaming consoles, notebooks, journals, calendars, etc.
I’m missing a sticker from my sticker pack
Oh no, first off – I'm so sorry! I prepare each sticker pack individually by hand, and although I do my best to double-check my work, I occasionally make a mistake. Please message me as soon as you realize and I will be happy to send you the missing sticker free of charge.
Can I rush my order?
If you need an order by a specific date please let me know! I don't like offering expedited shipping as a standard option because I want to 100% verify I'll be able to get you your item in time. I would hate for you to pay extra and still receive it a day late because USPS is running behind.
My order took longer than expected to arrive.
Please keep in mind processing time for all orders! Items in my shop are processed within 1 – 3 business days and USPS typically delivers items within 2-5 business days (US orders only – international orders may vary). However, during the holidays this timeline may be extended.
My package says it is delivered, but I never received it.
Please contact USPS if your tracking number says your package has been delivered and you have not received it. Unfortunately, once the package leaves my hands and is in USPS's possession, I only have the same information available to me as you do. Replacements will not be sent out for packages marked "Delivered."
My package is in limbo. The tracking number has stopped updating and it hasn't been delivered.
Although rare, sometimes this does happen! If it's been 3-4 weeks since the tracking number has not updated, please let me know. Sometimes items do get delivered without their tracking being updated, but if it has been an extended amount of time, I would be happy to work out a resolution with you.
My package came damaged.
Although rare, this does happen and I am SO sorry if it does! Please let me know within 48 hours of receiving your package and I will send out a replacement.
